We committed to maintaining a highly professional mentor management system.
All study tour mentors undergo long-term internal training and are required to represent the brand through our official uniforms and Singapore’s iconic Peranakan attire during student reception and programme execution.
We believe that professionalism, presentation, and a strong sense of educational atmosphere are all important parts of a meaningful study tour experience.
Therefore, from airport reception and classroom activities to outdoor explorations and experiential learning sessions, We consistently maintains a unified, professional, and internationally inspired mentor image throughout every programme.

Experience
Our mentors are not only equipped with professional presentation and guided learning skills,
but are also capable of designing and leading meaningful experiential activities tailored to different learning environments and educational settings.
From university classrooms, museums, and art galleries, to botanical gardens, wetland explorations, and urban observation programmes,
our mentors guide students through interactive discussions, challenge-based activities, group exploration tasks, and on-site learning engagement — helping every student truly immerse themselves in the experience.
At the same time, the YT mentor team is also responsible for organizing opening ceremonies, graduation ceremonies, and team-building growth activities throughout the programme journey.
